Four Palestinian journalists have been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for their courageous journalism in the war-torn situation caused by Israeli aggression. This information was reported by the Express Tribune on Wednesday, August 28.
The four Palestinian journalists are photographer Motaz Azaiza, TV journalist Hind Khoudary, journalist and rights activist Wissam Ouda, and veteran journalist Wael Al-Dahdouh.
These journalists have helped readers, listeners, and viewers understand the brutalities and oppression ongoing in Gaza through their published reports and photographs.

Notably, since October 7, Israel has been carrying out killings and destruction in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of more than 40,000 Palestinians. These four journalists have been bringing the news of this ongoing massacre in Gaza to the world.
The Norwegian Nobel Committee awards the Nobel Peace Prize annually. This year, 285 nominations have been submitted for the Nobel Peace Prize, including 196 individuals and 89 organizations.
The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded to individuals and organizations that work towards establishing peace and human rights worldwide. The winner for this year will be announced on October 11, and the award ceremony will take place on December 10.
